Grilled Blue Cheese Pears
One of the most elegant appetizers that i simply adore to make for autumn evenings is roasted pears with blue cheese.

Had some pears that needed to be used up, so we threw them on the BBQ. They taste great with pork chops (a little like an applesauce texture!) or even to accompany BBQ buffalo wings! The blue cheese is a nice pairing!
Ingredients | Pear Appetizers Blue Cheese¼ cup hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®)1 teaspoon olive oil4 pears, halved lengthwise and cored¼ cup crumbled blue cheese1 tablespoon unsalted butter, room temperatureDirectionsPreheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.Whisk the hot sauce and olive oil together in a separate bowl. Brush the flesh side of each pear half evenly with the mixture; place on preheated grill with the skin side on the grill.
